Freelance IT work that ships. And a platform in the making.

We take on development, integration and cloud work for companies that need a senior pair of hands rather than a project organisation. Alongside client work we are building 2226 One — a CRM and point of sale in one system.

What we do

01

Product & full-stack development

Web applications built end to end — from the first sketch to something running in production with real users on it.

02

Systems & payment integrations

Connecting the tools a business already runs: payments, accounting, inventory, e-commerce and internal APIs.

03

Cloud & operations

Hosting, deployment pipelines, monitoring and cost control, so releases are boring and nights stay quiet.

04

Technical advisory

A second pair of eyes on architecture, vendor choices, security and technical debt before it becomes expensive.

2226 One

A single system for the counter and the customer relationship. Most small retailers and cafés run a register in one place and their customer data somewhere else. 2226 One puts both in one platform, built for the way Swedish small businesses actually work.

  • One customer record

Sales at the counter and the customer history behind it live in the same place, not two systems that disagree.

  • Register that keeps working

A fast, touch-first checkout that keeps taking orders when the connection drops and syncs once it returns.

  • Numbers you can act on

Daily takings, repeat customers and stock movement, summarised without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

Edge-first venue architecture

2226 One is not only a till. It ties the counter, the kitchen, connected devices and the guest's phone into one secure system that keeps working when the internet does not.

2226 One venue architecture — overview
01

In the venue

iPad checkout, customer profiles and mobile ordering run on the floor. NFC tags follow every order from kitchen to table, so staff and guests see the same live status.

  • POS and CRM on one device
  • NFC kitchen-to-table order tracking
  • Mobile ordering and guest engagement
02

Edge-first data and security

Processing happens on site rather than in a far-away data centre. Payment, staff and sensor traffic sit on separate segments behind firewalls, with encryption and access control end to end.

  • Local processing, low latency
  • Segmented networks for tills, back office and devices
  • Encryption and role-based access control
03

On-site AI analytics

Sales, stock and sensor signals are analysed where they are produced, so the venue gets answers in real time without shipping raw customer data anywhere.

  • Predictive demand insights
  • Inventory optimisation
  • Customer behaviour patterns
04

Resilience and cloud sync

If the line goes down, the venue keeps selling. Local failover keeps service running and everything reconciles to the cloud once the connection is back.

  • Offline operating mode
  • Failover and redundancy on site
  • Cloud backup and remote access

Kitchen → NFC tracking → table → guest device, with payments and analytics handled locally and synchronised to the cloud.

How 2226 One compares

Most systems on the Swedish market solve one part of the problem: a register, a booking tool for one trade, or a QR layer on top of whatever you already run. 2226 One is built as one platform for the counter, the payment and the customer.

Most point-of-sale vendors are also tied to a single country. 2226 One is built for EMEA, with local representation in each market — in the Czech Republic the platform is represented by our sub-branch company BigThen s.r.o.

Payments, not plumbing

Bigif AB is an official premium partner of Swish, so Swish sits inside the checkout flow rather than beside it — one payment experience for staff and customer, with instant payouts via Trustly alongside it. Settlement arrives as a self-billing invoice posted directly into your ledger through our Fortnox and Visma API integrations — no manual bookkeeping at month end.

Where each one fits

Qopla supports Swish, but it is a legacy register held back by hardware, weekly settlement and sensitivity to online outages. Zenoti Mobile is strong inside wellness and spa. Qerko is a QR overlay that complements a POS rather than replacing it. 2226 One is the generalist: one system across verticals.
